Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Russia is preparing for a massive attack on Ukraine, based on updated intelligence. He announced that Ukraine is developing countermeasures and additional logistical solutions in response to Russian preparations and attacks. Zelensky conveyed this information following a conference call with government officials, military leaders, and representatives of key services. He noted that specific timelines have been set for priority tasks, which are already being implemented.

During the call, the Minister of Defence and the commander of the Air Force reported on the deployment of air defence assets and the organisation of protective lines for key facilities. Zelensky also highlighted that the availability of ballistic missile defence systems is contingent on support from international partners, stating that Ukraine works with them daily on this matter. Additionally, Zelensky reported that Russian forces had attacked Ukrainian hospitals in Kramatorsk and Kryvyii Rih within the preceding 24 hours.
