Nathan Owen, 33, was sentenced after falsely reporting his Jaguar's brakes had failed on 6 March 2024. He drove at speeds reaching 86mph on the M57 and M58, colliding with a police vehicle 31 times during the incident. Merseyside Police released footage of the pursuit.
