For anything you believe we have got wrong, include the URL and what is inaccurate. We aim to respond within three working days. Corrections are published in the public log.

Outlet pages

If something on an outlet page is wrong — a rating, an owner, a link, or a story we have recorded against the wrong publisher — tell us which page and what is wrong with it. Where a rating comes from another organisation we say so and will not restate it as ours, but we will correct how we have reported it.

Right of reply

If you are criticised in something we publish, write to the newsdesk. A substantive response is added to the story itself.

Complaints

  • Write to the newsdesk with the URL and the nature of the complaint.
  • We respond within three working days.
  • If we were wrong, the correction and log entry follow immediately.
