Putin says seized Western assets could be returned

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that assets of Western companies seized by Russia could be returned if relations with the West improve. He claimed Russia does not nationalise assets but places them under external management, a move he cited as a response to Western confiscation of Russian assets.
