FAO senior Ben Davis says contract not renewed after Gaza criticism

Ben Davis, a senior official at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, was told in July that his contract would not be renewed after 26 years of service. He says the decision follows accusations that he organised weekly silent protests on Gaza famine and a report on food availability.
