Judge rules Oklahoma cannot ban Jewish charter school over religion

A federal judge ruled that Oklahoma officials cannot require a proposed Jewish charter school to be non-religious. The ruling came after the National Ben Gamla Jewish Charter School Foundation sued the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board for rejecting their application.
