South Dakota voters approve citizenship, unclaimed property amendments

South Dakotans approved two constitutional amendments, one for unclaimed property and another on non-citizen voting. In Kansas, voters passed a similar measure clarifying that only U.S. citizens can vote. Several ballot issues were rejected in South Dakota.
