A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a no-case submission by former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai. The court ordered him to present his defence in a trial concerning allegations of unlawfully intercepting the communications of National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu. The case was adjourned to November 25, 2026.
