BBC pays white staff less in most pay bands, report shows

The BBC's annual report for 2025/26 reveals that white employees are paid less than ethnic minority colleagues in six of seven pay bands. The largest disparity, where ethnic minority staff earn 13.2% more, is in the lowest pay band.
