Spanish trade unions UGT and CCOO, along with the Sindicato de Inquilinas, have agreed to hold a general strike on November 11. The action is a protest against the housing crisis and for the right to housing and decent wages. This marks the first general strike in Spain in 14 years and is scheduled to occur two days before the general election campaign begins.
