More than 100 people were deported by the United States to Haiti on Thursday, arriving in Cap‑Haitien. Haiti’s foreign‑affairs coordinator said 101 were on board, among them ex‑official Renan Hédouville. Gangs control about 70% of the capital and the UN recorded over 3,050 deaths from January to June.
