Home sellers cut prices as market stalls, Liz Suder sells for $650,000

Rising mortgage rates and inflation have left US home sellers lowering prices and offering buyer concessions. Median listing prices fell 1.2% to $419,250 in September, while 21% of homes saw initial price cuts. Liz Suder sold her Texas home for $650,000 after multiple reductions; Rick Ganga in Washington still has no offers on his $825,000 listing.
