Governor Mike Braun said Monday he will not grant clemency to death‑row inmate Jeffrey Weisheit, who is scheduled for lethal‑injection execution on Thursday for the 2010 murders of Alyssa and Caleb Lynch. Weisheit’s lawyers argue the pharmacy supplying the drugs is on indefinite probation.
