Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar has announced that his government will not permit the construction of a petroleum storage facility for Ukraine on Hungarian territory. This decision overrides a memorandum of understanding previously signed between Hungarian company MOL and Ukrainian company Naftogaz.
