Masoud Pezeshkian said he met Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei about a month ago, describing the leader as completely healthy and able to give directions. He added Iran will dilute highly enriched uranium, has never wanted a nuclear weapon, and blamed US military activity for IAEA inspection limits.
