India has rejected references to Jammu and Kashmir in an Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) communique, stating the group has no locus standi to comment on internal matters. The Ministry of External Affairs urged the OIC to counsel Pakistan on terrorism instead of providing a platform for propaganda.
