Houston police officers entered an Uber vehicle to pursue a suspect who had fled on foot. The suspect had allegedly threatened to shoot a woman and her child. The Uber driver, Anthony Baines, was on his way to pick up a rider when the incident occurred. The suspect was not apprehended.
