Preston Parra, a former staffer for Republican Mike Collins, posted images including a swastika and himself in Ku Klux Klan-like regalia on social media. Parra also used an anti-Black slur and posted the phrase 'White Power'. He described himself as a 'twink fascist' and claimed his posts were 'satirical'.
