US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent met Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov at a G20 summit in North Carolina. They discussed Donald Trump's plan to end the war in Ukraine. Siluanov's attendance prompted objections from European governments, and he did not appear in a group photo.
