Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier said he would charge WNBA players with assault if a foul like the one on Indiana Fever’s Sophie Cunningham occurred in Florida. The threat followed a Flagrant 2 foul by Chicago Sky’s DiJonai Carrington, who was ejected and later claimed the call was due to ‘white privilege’.
