Andy Baker to leave White House national security post after 18 months

White House deputy national security adviser Andy Baker will leave the Trump administration in the next few weeks, following other recent departures from the national security team. Baker, who also served as national security adviser to Vice President JD Vance, was involved in key foreign policy decisions and helped shape Vance’s foreign policy positions.
