Hallie Shoffner, the Democratic Senate nominee in Arkansas, has changed her public stance on defunding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Initially stating she would not allocate further funds to the agency, she has since clarified her position to favour reform, following attacks from incumbent Senator Tom Cotton.
