A federal judge in Hawaii has upheld the state’s prohibition on firearm ownership for individuals under 21, rejecting a challenge by the Second Amendment Foundation. The ruling, by Trump-appointed Judge Jill Aiko Otake, allows Hawaii to continue requiring a licence for gun ownership that is not issued to anyone under 21.
