Taliban detain six staff of Afghan women’s rights group, Human Rights Watch says

Human Rights Watch reports that six male employees of the Women and Children Legal Research Foundation were detained by Taliban authorities in Kabul on 18 July. Their families have received no information on their whereabouts or charges. The detentions coincide with the fifth anniversary of the Taliban’s return to power.
