Moscow police general Sergei Malkov and several executives from the gas station network Eurotrans have been arrested for allegedly stealing fuel designated for police vehicles. Malkov and two subordinates were fired and face embezzlement charges, while Eurotrans shares dropped 6% on the Moscow Exchange.
