Insilico Medicine's AI-designed drug rentosertib, tested in a small study for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, indicated a reduction in biological age markers. Six independent aging clocks suggested patients treated with the drug appeared biologically younger than those on placebo, with the largest effect seen in the 30mg twice-daily arm.
