Insilico Medicine's drug rentosertib, designed with generative artificial intelligence, was the subject of a secondary analysis of a phase 2a study involving 42 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Proteomic data from these patients were analysed using six independent aging clocks. These analyses indicated that patients treated with rentosertib appeared biologically younger than those in the placebo group.
