Russia attacks Kyiv region with ballistic missiles, killing one

Russia launched ballistic missiles at the Kyiv region, hitting the Boryspil district. The attack killed one person and injured five others, damaging several structures. German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul was in Kyiv at the time of the strike.
